Bio

After I finished high school I began working at a restaurant in order to save money for college (I was a waiter but I also needed to wash the dishes, grilling pans and help in the kitchen when they needed my help). At the same time I also began to be interested with websites, internet, css and more and I enjoyed spending the free weekends at home, surfing the internet and cooking quick meals with the 5 in 1 griddler that I received as a gift at that time. Anyway, I started to read articles, forum and blog posts about css and began to become more experienced with it until the owner of the restaurant decide to put me as a cook in the kitchen. It was extremely hard in the first few weeks, there was a lot of pressure to deliver fast results, I had some problems with certain tools like the grp99 grill or the toaster oven (I also didn’t know at that time how to clean the lodge square grilling pan  without damaging the cooking surface), and it was just hard to survive the long hours of intense heat. Later on I had to move to another state from personal reasons, so I had to quite the job and find another one - and I did at another restaurant - I hope to have success there.
