Some maps (googlemaps could be used) would be useful for locating the projects/properties.

The background is a little distracting for me. I would make the header/menu span across the width of the page and the have a white background for sharper main content.

way too much motion, entire site is done w/ tables which misses the entire point of the web standards / css thing

It would be nice if you have a map.  I like the site; it has a lot of useful information.
