Hi; I’m trying to help a friend with an issue on a show/hide submenu

Menu: Assessment profiles - sub-menu

Issue:
1) On Some browsers , the text overruns the layout container
2) The botton left of the sub-menu shows it behind the background image

Any help woulf be appreciated…
