I think your website looks lovely! The banner is great you might want to add a background so that visitors with larger resolutions will not see the margins :)

The first link did not work, but the 2nd one did.  The site looks nice and your CSS almost validates.  There is one minor error.  Specifically the following:

#menu     Value Error : padding only 0 can be a length. You must put a unit after your number : 20px 100 50 100 20px 100 50 100
