I was wondering if anyone else had noticed a problem with the “upload image” form in the user control panel?

Every time I choose an image and click “upload”, it returns a message saying that a problem was encountered while uploading my image.

I’ve tried several different images, so it’s not the image itself.

Thanks for all the updates in this thread - it may be a few months old now, but it’s been interesting to flick through none the less.
