I will be soon switching to a different host to make use of a new domain name but in the meantime it uses my old domain name for a site I could never jumpstart: http://www.mygamingnation.com. This week I will be having javierjulio.com. Let me know what you think.

Hey thanks sc18. I apprecaite the kind words. If you are in need of good CSS layouts this is the guy to go too. He’s the best at it. My site uses his Skidoo Too layout.

Thanks a lot its a great site but I have a question - you mentioned that your site is pure CSS - but I see some tables or I might be wrong - I also noticed something very positive and I would like to use it on my own site. When I click on a link on the left had site the other links is then on the right - how did you do that. In case I didnt explain correctly please ask.  ^_^

Edit: I realised that there were not tables in your site I take that back sorry. A great site you have

Well I do have 1 table but shhh you didn’t hear it from me. ;) The table is used on my contact form. I just got in the habit of using CSS for laying out my forms and just not have had the time to make my contact form accessible and done in CSS. I apologize as I do not understand what you are asking about my site, my apologies. :) My navigation is on the left hand column, it used to be on a right hand column but I took that out. Didn’t like my navigation broken up into a vertical and horizontal one so I just put it into my left hand column. That way I don’t need a skip navigation link as my content appears first in my code before my left column. Let me know what it is you liked from my site and I will let you know how I did it. :) Thanks again Webgirl for the kind words. I’m really glad you like it as I’m trying real hard to be self taught in web design. Currently I’m making a forum that is full CSS and only uses tables where there is tabular data. It validates as XHTML 1.1 and the CSS validates as well. It is a fully accessible forum but I still have to finish it. Only got the display part done. Need to start working on the forms so users can register, login, and post messages. http://www.javier-julio.com/test/forums/

Hey well good luck with that! You know that my site uses the Skidoo Too layout by Ruthsarian so definitely go there if you’d like to do something like I am. I’m all self taught in design. Don’t think I have quite the hand of it like those that do it for a living but I’m trying real real hard to get there. I just keep looking at other sites and trying to understand why things were designed in that way. Good luck and let me know how you are doing. If you need help I’m always more then happy to help others out. :)
