Google and other major search engine does not count multiple links from one page, only the first one counts.
Is it true?
For example I am making 3-6 backlinks for my site from 1 blog commenting. Would my site get SEO value for all backlinks or only for one backlinks?
Can Google count backlinks as a human?
How much backlinks are worthily from 1 blog comment or forum comment?

Generally blogs will provide one link if you pay attention and two if it includes comment luv. Forums can provide just about any amount but its usually three or less.

indeed!  basically, try your best to get a hold of high PR sites.  Not only will it count big time for SEs but it will give you more authority on your field of interest.  Just my two cents.  By the way, I’m a newbie here and I am seeing interesting topics so far.  I think, I am sure, I will love this community. :)

Try to get the various backlink from the difference ip class.
Too many link from the same page has less quality.

If you put 5-6 backlinks in 1 blog comment all pointing to the same website it will look like SPAM for the blog owner and probably for Google too.
Try to be more natural, put 1 link max and some decent comment. If you want to put more than one link use forum signatures instead, it will look more natural to use 2-3 keywords to describe your own services.
