I am hoping someone out there can help me.  This layout works great in every browser except Windows IE!  What am I doing wrong?  I can’t even describe the issue, you have to see it for yourselves!  http://www.pdi-eft.com (Homepage only please, that’s all they asked me to redo!)  :)

It looks like you got this fixed already, but there is a problem in IE that freaks out whenever you have a floated element in a relatively positioned parent.  This might have something to do with it.
