I tried it with one of my sites and got it to work on a test page

But I cannot get it to work on this test page

http://www.bodybuilder.com/indexold1.htm

The code is

    padding-left: 0px;
    width: 100%; 
}

For some reason the width to 100% will not work with this site

Any ideas?
