The biggest hurdle you’re going to face is clients. I watched my wife have the same discussion about a thousand times. It went something like:
Client - That’s still not quite right. I want a slightly darker blue.
Designer - This is the fourth blue we’ve made. Do you have a picture that might have the color you want?
Client - No I don’t but I did see the perfect color. It was about 7 in the morning and I was on a beach in Hawaii. I loved the color of the sky.
Designer - (brief open-mouthed pause) ummmm. OK - well if you could look on Google images and maybe find something that’s the right blue I can use that.
Client - look, I’m too busy for that. You’re the designer.
