Dreamweaver and front page best software because it is easy and more attractive.
dream weaver number one software of web designing.

FrontPage was actually discontinued in 2006 and if one cared about SEO you wouldn’t have used it back then either.

There are lots of web design software are availble, But you have to choose as per your need and budget, Here I am shearing some of my best web design software - Adobe Photoshop, Flash and Dreamwear. As per my experience best designing software is Dreamwear.

Some people are more familiar with Photoshop, where as others are more familiar with Illustrator. I work in Illustrator 85% of the time and Photoshop for the rest. Thats just the layout. Dreamweaver is one of the best tools for putting it all together (coding wise). It’s all about preference and where you feel most comfortable.

BTW, you can still do slices (like photoshop) in Illustrator for those who are unaware.
