Hi people

Having a real issue with layout at the moment! Please look at the following link:

I have the layout kinda how i want it but the problem i am having is with the text in the centre, the box of text seems to go through the footer and doesnt stay inside (i.e not going past the footer) drag the browser uop and down and you will see you will also have scroll down to see this.

Can anyone suggest what i need to do, feel free to check out the files and send your thoughts.
