hey folks, i have a question,

i am trying to apply a simple 2 px border to a drop down menu box, and no matter what i do, nothing seems to work

i can apply colors etc to the background, but, thats not what i need, LOL

this is the code i am using

i would have though by just applying, the border in a style tag would handle it but, it does’nt
