There is a lot of text on your homepage which is rather daunting to read and you need to make sure everyone knows exactly what your website offers.

It is necessary to have the headers as images?

Maybe you should focus on your charity work.

And surely you should not need to ask for advise as you are meant to be a professional web designer.

The font makes the site looks like a blog. Change the font!!!! It is no good.
And I agree with the previous poster about the text. It is too much, nobody will read it. Use more bullets to make it clearer what you do and what you offer.

also, too much wasted space on the left / right try some textures/gradients or maybe some pictures from your portfolio?

Scale the images down and put the type in columns for starters.

You need to put some thing on side bar also

Clean look but also it looks so simple.You should enrich the look..

Layout and color are just ok, I know u can make it better. Content is good.
