Site is 100% CSS compliant, but the XHTML twinges a bit. A lot of Google Search Box related stuff.

Had some nightmares with the 3-column layout, but with a bit of help from Ruthsarain Layouts managed to get a clean fluid across-most-browsers feel and effect. Thanks to jazz_snob for the pointer :-)

Hi , MCC portal looks nice . Simple layout and color scheme.But IMHO the header navigation tabs can be improved .
