I think your site looks great so far and I’m impressed, however I noticed a few things:
1. I would add more padding to the main content area, remove their backgrounds or make them lighter. More contrast the better, because I think the blog entries is hugging the intro paragraph and intro video too much. On second thought, if you want to go the extra mile, I would change the background color of the video and intro paragraph area so it stand out more. I think a a custom header for “the importance of the cigar industry” and disguising the you tube video somehow, maybe as a 1950 esque t.v. you might want to find an alternative to youtube like vimeo because they let you insert video players that have no identifiable framing around them. in other words, you disguise them well.
2. The main header takes some time to load and so you can see the background color behind it. It look like the css file is giving the header div tag(#headerimg) a background of light blue. I would change that to white with alt text or change the background similiar to th background color.
3. Also, in your left column, you have a graphic of the smoke effect inserted below the recent videos module. I guess you put that there to fill in the unnecessary space? It looks a little arbituary to me. My suggestion would to replace it with useful information such as contact info.
4. lastly, as someone has mentioned earlier in this thread, i would fix the reflection in your header.
Other then that, that’s way beter than most of my work. Kudos to the design!
