That really looks good. I like the background you have for the header. I have a few suggestions though.
I would move the text reisizing tool to the same line that the sitemap and guestbook links are on. Also, on that same line, I would make the hover state a light grey and then lower the opacity. The way I make create that effect is: make the background in illustrator, make a block with the solid hover state color and adjust it’s transparency accordingly and then sample the hex color out via color picker in firefox. I’m just telling you that to give you more of an idea of what I’m talking about pertaining to the hover state color.
Also, an about page to describe the site wouldn’t be bad either.
As for the rest, I would lose the bookmark this page bar and replace it with something a little more subtle such as plain text or a graphic. I would put it on the same line as the navigation but nfloated to the left or left had corner.
Lastly, I think one of your adverts is out of place. The one above the Top poker rooms headline could be be moved down below the other one.
