I’m designing a site and it looks fine in all browsers on a MAC and then it looks good in IE 7 on a PC but anything below IE 7 on a PC and the whole top half of the site is halfway down the page along with all the content and the top navigation bar isn’t showing up.

the name of the CSS page is:
mf4_layout4_setup.css

I’m really new at using CSS and I know IE can really be problematic with CSS…I’m sure there is probably an easy fix to this, but I’m just not familiar enough with CSS to fix the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I need to attach the CSS file then please let me know. I really need advice on how to fix this.

This IE issue is really setting me back. I’m hoping some of you who are more familiar with CSS can maybe see what the issue might be.
