I am converting a navigation from images to a list. The navigation has two sections with subnavigation (100 ways, info for conservationists). The navigation displays works correct in all new browsers except for ie where the subnav is not recognizing the left padding given to it in the off state. But does display correctly on hover. I have tried a more specific style (southwest in blue) which did not fix the issue in ie. Any help would be appreciated. The link is here:
