CSS, HTML AND JAVASCRIPT MENU - SPACING PROBLEM

I AM WRITING THIS ON BEHALF OF THE PROGRAMMER. the problem is on the side bar we have a list of items: Find Prix Fixe IS A CASCADING MENU the next item on the list is called RESTAURANT LIST- THERE IS A FIVE LINE SPACING IN BETWEEN WHICH WE DO NOT WANT. ANY THOUGHTS - below is the code somewhat (abbreviated the cascading menu).Help appreciated.
