Something is wrong with the shadow. Looks like the circle-things go into the table.

There is a lot of clever "magazine style" architecture here, kudos for that, but the unorthodox navigation makes it very difficult to understand exactly what the site is about. I'm still trying to figure out what the numbers mean. I suggest one small change: put the tabs that are on the right of the 'page' (the white area) on the top of the 'page'. I can't see why not, there's room for it, and it will make the tabs readable and relevant.
