Menu Designs Full Screen Menus
Description: The expanding circle seems to be popping up more and more these days, used in conjunction with a full screen menu to provide a nice animated progress of the menu loading and dismissing. In this case the webmaster has also chosen to make the circle semi transparent, allowing the captivating video background beneath it to show through.
