Smashing Magazine reviews several popular CSS editor programs.

I never used any of those CSS editors from that list so I can’t (and I don’t want to) express my opinion about them.
I only used the css editors from Microsoft’s Visual Studio .NET (2003, 2005) which at their time have done a verry good job. Now I use the 2008 version and all I can say is that I don’t care how many free or payed css editors are out there because I’m extremelly satisfied with the 2008’s css editor. It can help you do a lot of stuffs that those free editors can’t…

This is just my opinion, but in my opinion your opinion was clearly stated in comment above, was it not? Well in any case, that is my opinion if it matters at all to you, if not then clearly opinions do not mean much to you because you have a superior opinion, to that of mine.
