bullshit -if you use it, you must give up your source code as well?
(even though I suppose you do by default when you serve up Javascript, what if you pack or minify? then you have to be administratively aware to setup download links, make sure the links point to the most current version of your code and ..and..fuck it… not worth it for another dumb ass flash player which would have been so so 6 years ago, but no way a cutting edge as XSPF player, Wimpy or JW http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?item=jw_flv_media_player

ps. Commercial license for JW is only $15 EURO, again w.o all the bullshit- Wimpy is like $20 <shrug>
