IE6 CSS Fixer tool

This CSS tool lets you enter your IE6 tripping CSS code, and attempts to apply known fixes to automatically correct the issues. To be fair, the author clearly states its limitations.

Wow!

Exactly what I would have said 5 YEARS AGO!
Now, in 2009, what I feel like saying is…who gives a shit?

Like finding a few squares of toilet paper in your pocket minutes after you’ve already been forced to ummm….“make other arrangements” I wonder who would think a whole site (other than an article and blurb) is necessary. Oh well, welcome to the 21st century, bub!

Now, in 2009, what I feel like saying is…who gives a shit?

Those 20% of all internet users still working with ie6. That’s who. And all decent web professionals trying to do a good job instead of making sites that look good in one browser and look like abstract art in others.

Great tool, still many people use IE6, and developers of best websites, who want maximum users, surfing with all versions of browsers should check compatibility of their applications

It’s actually a bit more than 20% in my experience, but Internet “users” wouldnt be using a development tool.

Web developers already know this stuff.

But dont pay anybody any mind, the important thing is that you’re happy with it :)
