All you need is a text editor and a browser!
I understand if you’re an artist and use photoshop and dreamweaver but you can’t really call yourself a developer unless you know the language. (A point the above commenter Elden was making in a joke(even though his first language isn’t English!) It’d be like you guys learning C. So in a way Dreamweaver is dead. And if the article was called “Frontpage is dead” there wouldn’t be ANY DISAGREEMENT.
