Nice. I agree with the end results, not necessarily his arguments.
But readable (and more importantly) predictability of your CSS file structure is so important. THAT and consistency.
The real nice thing would be if we could get INTELLIGENT EDITORS to enforce these layout and formatting rules: this is more a job for a computer, NOT a human IMHO
