An introduction to ternary operators, and helpful in decrypting some of the more annoyingly obtuse PHP code you may encounter especially if, like me, you have a background in (and have to often use) a wide variety of programming languages, so being forced occasionally to decode the syntactic idiosyncrazies of each is a pain!
